D\u00edky intern\u00edmu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e se dostanou do m\u00e9di\u00ed, se organizace vyhne f\u00e1m\u00e1m a negativn\u00ed publicit\u011b. Zpr\u00e1va Asociace certifikovan\u00fdch vy\u0161et\u0159ovatel\u016f podvod\u016f (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) &#8222;<a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.acfe.com\/report-to-the-nations\/2020\/\">Report to the Nations<\/a>&#8220; z roku 2020 zjistila, \u017ee neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch 43 % v\u0161ech podnikov\u00fdch podvod\u016f bylo odhaleno d\u00edky tipu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e polovina t\u011bchto tip\u016f poch\u00e1zela od zam\u011bstnance. Zpr\u00e1va tak\u00e9 uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee spole\u010dnosti s funkc\u00ed anonymn\u00edho oznamov\u00e1n\u00ed maj\u00ed trvale ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed ztr\u00e1ty ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edstup k informac\u00edm, kter\u00e9 jsou jinak dostupn\u00e9 jen z\u0159\u00eddka, m\u016f\u017ee veden\u00ed spole\u010dnosti pomoci minimalizovat celou \u0159adu rizik. Whistleblowing m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 preventivn\u00ed funkci. Pov\u011bdom\u00ed o funkci whistleblowingu m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159im\u011bt lidi, aby si dvakr\u00e1t rozmysleli, zda ud\u011blaj\u00ed n\u011bco nevhodn\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Syst\u00e9my oznamov\u00e1n\u00ed mohou pomoci p\u0159eklenout komunika\u010dn\u00ed mezeru<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Profesor Wim Vandekerckhove z Greenwichsk\u00e9 univerzity v Lond\u00fdn\u011b zkoum\u00e1 institucion\u00e1ln\u00ed aspekty whistleblowingu. Syst\u00e9m hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it transparentnost a pomoci tyto mezery p\u0159eklenout. Odvahu promluvit dod\u00e1 whistleblowingov\u00fd kan\u00e1l nab\u00edzej\u00edc\u00ed anonymn\u00ed obousm\u011brnou komunikaci. T\u00edm se zvy\u0161uje \u0161ance, \u017ee mana\u017ee\u0159i a vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edci organizace z\u00edskaj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 informace a budou moci v\u010das jednat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u011bt v\u00fdhod whistleblowingu na pracovi\u0161ti:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Odhalen\u00ed pochyben\u00ed v ran\u00e9 f\u00e1zi<\/strong> s mo\u017enost\u00ed zas\u00e1hnout a probl\u00e9my napravit.
