Policies &amp; procedures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear, accessible Speak Up policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anti\u2011retaliation policy communicated widely<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defined and documented investigation procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear rules regarding access to reports and confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-reporting-channels\">2. Reporting channels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least two independent reporting options (e.g. digital reporting platform, hotline, dedicated email address)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anonymous reporting available (where legally permitted)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure digital platform with appropriate data protection (if chosen as option)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-training-amp-awareness\">3.
