Users &amp; Roles<\/h3>\n<p>Once you have appointed the persons who should be manage incoming cases you must invite them to Whistlelink. There are four different user roles in the system:&nbsp;<strong>Owner, Administrator,&nbsp; Content Manager, Case handler<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Viewer<\/strong>. Below is a description of what capabilities each role has.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Owner<\/strong>;&nbsp; can do and access everything in the system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Administrator; <\/strong>can do everything but accessing the settings menu option.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Content manager;<\/strong> a&nbsp;role with limited permission. A Content Manager can access and edit the&nbsp;reporting page and has access to cases they have been assigned to. They cannot assign cases to anyone else.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Case handler; <\/strong>can only see and administrate cases they have been assigned to. A case handler can&#8217;t assign a case to anyone else. This is a role for users that should have limited access to sensitive information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Viewer<\/strong>;&nbsp; can only see cases they have been assigned to. If a case is redacted, the Viewer will only see the redacted version. You can add, edit or remove users. To add a new user click on the <strong>Add new user<\/strong> button and fill out the necessary details in the pop-up window. An email invitation will be sent and the account has to be activated within 36 hours. Start page and report form customisations<\/h3>\n<h4>Start page<\/h4>\n<p>The reporting page comes with a standard text but you have the option to customize it. Choose to keep the existing questions, change them or add and remove questions as you like. Keep in mind that the more questions the report form has, the easier it will be to triage the report. The questions will help you to determine out for example;<\/p><ul><li>Is the wrongdoing within the scope of the whistleblowing policy? The reporting person will be able to choose if they want to report by recording an audio message, or through the standard questionnaire.
