1. Enforce<\/span> 2-factor <\/span>authentication<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>

To <\/span>further<\/span> protect<\/span> the <\/span>client<\/span> account<\/span> and sensitive information, <\/span>owners<\/span>, <\/span>admins<\/span>,<\/span> and partners<\/span> may<\/span> now<\/span> force all <\/span>users<\/span> to <\/span>enable<\/span> 2-factor <\/span>authentication<\/span>. <\/span><\/span>This<\/span> is <\/span>enabled<\/span> from <\/span>User<\/span> Management, <\/span>where<\/span> you<\/span> can<\/span> also<\/span> reset<\/span> the <\/span>authentication<\/span> method<\/span> for <\/span>individual<\/span> users<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

2. Report<\/span> information <\/span>available<\/span> for <\/span>reporting<\/span> person<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>

A long awaited request \u2013 finally, it is possible for the reporting person to actually see the information that was first submitted, i.e., the whistleblower report or case.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Once the case and verification codes are added, there are two tabs; one for communication and one where the case information is available. As before, internal comments, notes, risk scores, categories etc. will never be visible for the reporting person.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

3. Get <\/span>control<\/span> of<\/span> all <\/span>files<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>

We’re<\/span> giving<\/span> a touch <\/span>up<\/span> to the <\/span>look and <\/span>feel<\/span> of<\/span> the <\/span>page <\/span>where<\/span> all the <\/span>files<\/span> connected<\/span> to a <\/span>case<\/span> are<\/span> displayed<\/span>. The <\/span>objective<\/span> is to <\/span>easier<\/span> find<\/span> and sort all <\/span>files<\/span>, as <\/span>well<\/span> as <\/span>see<\/span> the source <\/span>of<\/span> them<\/span>. <\/span>And,<\/span> did<\/span> you<\/span> know<\/span> that<\/span> all <\/span>files<\/span> are<\/span> scanned<\/span> to <\/span>find<\/span> potentially<\/span> dangerous<\/span> files<\/span> (<\/span>that<\/span> contain<\/span> malicious<\/span> code<\/span> or <\/span>could<\/span> potentially<\/span> harm <\/span>your<\/span> hardware)<\/span>?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
