Esto supone un aumento del 86% en 2020.<\/p>\n\n<p>La sociedad en la que vivimos exige una reconfiguraci\u00f3n de lo que significa ser un l\u00edder. Obtener resultados y cumplir o superar los KPI ya no es suficiente para las personas dentro de las organizaciones. Dominar los n\u00fameros puede llevar a una empresa al \u00e9xito. Sin embargo, a largo plazo, s\u00f3lo un liderazgo \u00e9tico, que establezca modelos claros a seguir por los empleados, puede equivaler a un liderazgo completo.   <\/p>\n\n<p>El mismo estudio demuestra que los l\u00edderes morales obtienen mejores resultados.<\/p>\n\n<p>La conclusi\u00f3n es natural. En las organizaciones en las que las personas se sienten libres y sin restricciones para expresar sus ideas o preocupaciones, aumenta el compromiso y se refuerza la retenci\u00f3n de los empleados. Las personas que se sienten psicol\u00f3gicamente seguras tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s confianza en el liderazgo y ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s productivas.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Los l\u00edderes \u00e9ticos generan lealtad. La lealtad aumenta la productividad y, por tanto, los ingresos. <\/p>\n\n<p>En el contexto social actual, la receta para el \u00e9xito de un l\u00edder y, en consecuencia, para el \u00e9xito de una empresa, es m\u00e1s sencilla que nunca: la promoci\u00f3n de valores \u00e9ticos y morales y su transmisi\u00f3n coherente de arriba abajo.
