Ce chiffre est en augmentation par rapport aux 86 % enregistr\u00e9s en 2020.<\/p>\n\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans laquelle nous vivons exige une reconfiguration de ce que signifie \u00eatre un leader. Fournir des r\u00e9sultats et atteindre ou d\u00e9passer les KPI n&rsquo;est plus suffisant pour les personnes au sein des organisations. La ma\u00eetrise des chiffres peut conduire une entreprise au succ\u00e8s. Toutefois, \u00e0 long terme, seul un leadership \u00e9thique, qui \u00e9tablit des mod\u00e8les clairs \u00e0 suivre par les employ\u00e9s, peut constituer un leadership complet.   <\/p>\n\n<p>La m\u00eame \u00e9tude montre que les leaders moraux obtiennent de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n<p>La conclusion s&rsquo;impose d&rsquo;elle-m\u00eame. Dans les organisations o\u00f9 les personnes se sentent libres d&rsquo;exprimer leurs id\u00e9es ou leurs pr\u00e9occupations, l&rsquo;engagement augmente et la fid\u00e9lisation des employ\u00e9s se renforce. Les personnes qui se sentent psychologiquement en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 font davantage confiance \u00e0 leurs dirigeants et deviennent plus productives.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Les dirigeants \u00e9thiques suscitent la loyaut\u00e9. La loyaut\u00e9 augmente la productivit\u00e9 et donc le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires. <\/p>\n\n<p>Dans le contexte soci\u00e9tal actuel, la recette du succ\u00e8s d&rsquo;un dirigeant, et donc d&rsquo;une entreprise, est plus simple que jamais : la promotion de valeurs \u00e9thiques et morales et leur transmission coh\u00e9rente de haut en bas.
