Termenul limit\u0103 de implementare din 17 decembrie 2021 a trecut deja.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Numeroase companii globale \u0219i na\u021bionale au deja implementate sisteme de raportare centralizate la nivel de grup \u0219i se bazeaz\u0103 pe aceste solu\u021bii globale ca fiind suficiente dup\u0103 17 decembrie 2021. Comisia European\u0103 a respins \u00een mod clar aceast\u0103 interpretare.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-sistem-de-avertizare-unic-la-nivelul-intregului-grup-nu-este-suficient\">Un sistem de avertizare unic la nivelul \u00eentregului grup nu este suficient<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ideea unui sistem de avertizare centralizat a fost respins\u0103 de c\u0103tre Comisia European\u0103, ca r\u0103spuns la o scrisoare comun\u0103 din partea asocia\u021biilor industriale din mai multe state membre.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Comisia a explicat c\u0103 Directiva arat\u0103 clar c\u0103 orice entitate privat\u0103 cu mai mult de 50 de angaja\u021bi trebuie s\u0103 implementeze un sistem intern de raportare, indiferent dac\u0103 entitatea face sau nu parte dintr-un grup corporativ. Orice alt\u0103 interpretare ar fi contrar\u0103 legii.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Directiva nu interzice sistemele centralizate de avertizare la nivelul grupului, dar acestea pot exista doar \u00een paralel cu sistemele de raportare la nivelul companiilor individuale.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Comisia \u0219i-a justificat decizia pe motiv c\u0103 sistemul este mai eficient dac\u0103 problema este tratat\u0103 la nivelul societ\u0103\u021bii la care a fost raportat cazul \u0219i prin diferitele reglement\u0103ri legale care vor fi adoptate la nivel na\u021bional.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Toate statele membre va trebui s\u0103 respecte aceast\u0103 interpretare \u00een momentul aplic\u0103rii Directivei.
