Acesta faciliteaz\u0103 raportarea \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rilor legii de c\u0103tre avertizorii \u00een interes public \u0219i ofer\u0103 m\u0103suri eficiente de protec\u021bie a acestora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directiva Whistleblowing aduce numeroase beneficii companiilor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a creiona o perspectiv\u0103 ampl\u0103 asupra ra\u021biunii acestor reglement\u0103ri este de men\u021bionat faptul c\u0103 la nivel interna\u021bional, \u00een special la nivelul Uniunii Europene, sunt identificate ca fiind prioritare obiectivele respect\u0103rii democra\u021biei \u0219i a statului de drept \u0219i garantarea libert\u0103\u021bii de exprimare a cet\u0103\u021benilor. Astfel, Legea nr. 361\/ 2022 contureaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103, \u00een cazul neconform\u0103rii, se poate angrena r\u0103spunderea civil\u0103, disciplinar\u0103, contraven\u021bional\u0103 sau chiar penal\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de specificul faptei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Companiile trebuie s\u0103 ia m\u0103surile necesare pentru implementare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen concluzie, este recomandat ca orice companie, indiferent de num\u0103rul de angaja\u021bi, de cifra de afaceri sau de obiectul de activitate, s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00een aplicare m\u0103surile necesare \u00een vederea alinierii la dispozi\u021biile Legii nr. 361\/2022.
