Conform standardelor ISO, acesta este: &#8222;un set de elemente interrela\u021bionate sau care interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00eentre ele ale unei organiza\u021bii pentru a stabili politici \u0219i obiective, precum \u0219i procese pentru a atinge aceste obiective&#8221;. Sistemul de avertizare poate include una sau mai multe categorii. Prin urmare, sistemul va include elementele interrela\u021bionate ale politicilor \u0219i procedurilor stabilite pentru a aborda \u00een mod eficient protec\u021bia avertizorilor de integritate \u00eentr-o organiza\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se presupune c\u0103 sistemul de gestionare a avertizorilor de integritate va consta din patru etape:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acceptarea avertiz\u0103rii,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>evaluarea avertiz\u0103rii,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proceduri explicative,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>finalizarea \u0219i \u00eenchiderea avertiz\u0103rii.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Un sistem construit \u00een acest mod este esen\u021bial pentru a crea \u00eencredere \u00een organiza\u021bie \u0219i \u00een angajamentul acesteia fa\u021b\u0103 de responsabilitatea social\u0103.
