Med initiativet <em>The HUMAN CENTRIC<\/em> fr\u00e4mjar hon en ny typ av ledarskap som skapar f\u00f6rtroende och l\u00e5ngsiktig framg\u00e5ng.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I denna och kommande artiklar utg\u00e5r Elisabeta fr\u00e5n ny forskning f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rklara varf\u00f6r etiskt ledarskap inte bara \u00e4r r\u00e4tt metod, utan ocks\u00e5 den mest effektiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-darfor-ar-etiskt-ledarskap-viktigare-an-nagonsin\">D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r etiskt ledarskap viktigare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt en studie fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/thehowinstitute.org\/2025-state-of-moral-leadership-in-business-release\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The HOW Institute for Society som publicerades i b\u00f6rjan av 2025<\/a> anser 95% av de anst\u00e4llda i USA att behovet av moraliskt ledarskap \u00e4r mer viktigt \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin. Detta \u00e4r en \u00f6kning fr\u00e5n 86% \u00e5r 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det samh\u00e4lle vi lever i kr\u00e4ver en omst\u00e4llning av vad det inneb\u00e4r att vara ledare. Att leverera resultat och uppfylla eller \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffa KPI:er r\u00e4cker inte l\u00e4ngre f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor inom organisationen. Att beh\u00e4rska siffrorna kan driva ett f\u00f6retag till framg\u00e5ng. Men p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt kan endast ett etiskt ledarskap, som skapar tydliga modeller f\u00f6r medarbetarna att f\u00f6lja, utg\u00f6ra ett fullgott ledarskap.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samma studie visar att moraliska ledare levererar b\u00e4ttre resultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slutsatsen kommer helt naturligt. I organisationer d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor k\u00e4nner sig fria och obegr\u00e4nsade att uttrycka sina id\u00e9er och funderingar \u00f6kar engagemanget och det blir enklare att beh\u00e5lla anst\u00e4llda. Individer som k\u00e4nner sig psykologiskt trygga har st\u00f6rre f\u00f6rtroende f\u00f6r ledarskapet och blir mer produktiva.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etiska ledare skapar lojalitet. Lojalitet \u00f6kar produktiviteten och d\u00e4rmed int\u00e4kterna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dagens samh\u00e4lle \u00e4r receptet f\u00f6r en ledares framg\u00e5ng, och d\u00e4rmed ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagets framg\u00e5ng, enklare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin: fr\u00e4mja etiska och moraliska v\u00e4rderingar och f\u00f6rmedla dem konsekvent med b\u00f6rjan fr\u00e5n ledningen.
