Det verkar ocks\u00e5 som om vissa kommer att ha striktare krav i sina nationella lagar \u00e4n minimikraven i visselbl\u00e5sardirektivet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett exempel \u00e4r att lagf\u00f6rslaget i Tjeckien, som man nu har r\u00f6stat ja till i riksdagen, verkar komma att g\u00e4lla f\u00f6retag med s\u00e5 f\u00e5 som 25 medarbetare. Enligt direktivets krav \u00e4r det f\u00f6retag med fler \u00e4n 50 medarbetare som m\u00e5ste implementera interna rapporteringskanaler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Danmark, d\u00e4r lagf\u00f6rslaget ska behandlas i ett offentligt samr\u00e5d, rapporterar medierna att den nya nationella visselbl\u00e5sarlagen kommer att ut\u00f6kas till att \u00e4ven omfatta rapporter om sexuella trakasserier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bland annat i Frankrike, Tyskland, Nederl\u00e4nderna, Polen, Portugal, Spanien och Rum\u00e4nien behandlas lagf\u00f6rslagen just nu i offentliga samr\u00e5d. Reaktionerna p\u00e5 lagf\u00f6rslaget har hittills varit blandade. I Sverige har man kommit l\u00e4ngre med sitt lagf\u00f6rslag om visselbl\u00e5sning, som nu har \u00f6verl\u00e4mnats till riksdagen. P\u00e5 Irland har man offentliggjort sitt f\u00f6rslag om \u00e4ndringar i landets nuvarande lag om visselbl\u00e5sning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oavsett hur de slutgiltiga lagarna ser ut m\u00e5ste man i alla l\u00e4nder skydda visselbl\u00e5sare mot repressalier genom att kr\u00e4va att f\u00f6retag inf\u00f6r s\u00e4kra rapporteringskanaler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hur-reagerar-foretagen-pa-eu-s-visselblasardirektiv\">Hur reagerar f\u00f6retagen p\u00e5 EU:s visselbl\u00e5sardirektiv?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi f\u00e5r helt klart in allt fler f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar. F\u00f6retag vill antingen g\u00e4rna komma ig\u00e5ng och b\u00f6rja anv\u00e4nda en rapporteringskanal direkt, eller s\u00e5 vill de se till att alla deras interna processer \u00e4r p\u00e5 plats f\u00f6re f\u00f6rfallodatumet f\u00f6r att implementera visselbl\u00e5sardirektivet i slutet av \u00e5ret. Vissa f\u00f6retag s\u00e4ger dock att de vill v\u00e4nta lite till f\u00f6r att se hur kraven i deras nationella lagstiftning kommer att se ut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har ett n\u00e4ra samarbete med v\u00e5ra partners i en rad olika l\u00e4nder och de st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r liknande situationer. Jag skulle till och med s\u00e4ga att ju tidigare desto b\u00e4ttre, eftersom det finns s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rdelar med att ha en intern l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r visselbl\u00e5sning. F\u00f6retaget f\u00e5r d\u00e5 m\u00f6jlighet att prova sig fram mellan olika alternativ f\u00f6r att hitta den b\u00e4sta l\u00f6sningen f\u00f6r just sin verksamhet. Lite beroende p\u00e5 vilket system de v\u00e4ljer borde det vara enkelt att anpassa det efter eventuella tillkommande krav i den nationella lagstiftningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hur-forbereder-sig-foretagen-infor-det-stundande-slutdatumet\">Hur f\u00f6rbereder sig f\u00f6retagen inf\u00f6r det stundande slutdatumet?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6retag som inte redan har en visselbl\u00e5sarpolicy m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rst\u00e5s b\u00f6rja med att uppr\u00e4tta en s\u00e5dan.
