Men det kan ocks\u00e5 indikera att organisationen har en bra f\u00f6retags- och arbetskultur. En kultur d\u00e4r medarbetarna k\u00e4nner sig bekv\u00e4ma med att ta upp olika fr\u00e5gor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga rapporter kan betyda fler problem. Men om det \u00e4r problem man m\u00e5ste l\u00f6sa s\u00e5 vill f\u00f6retaget ocks\u00e5 k\u00e4nna till dem.
