Men vad inneb\u00e4r de?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta reda p\u00e5 detta i v\u00e5r ordlista som tar upp de vanligaste orden och begreppen som man associerar med visselbl\u00e5sare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Detta \u00e4r del ett av v\u00e5r ordlista, du kan l\u00e4sa del tv\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/sv\/blog\/ordlista-for-visselblasning-del-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00e4r<\/a><\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anonym rapportering<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att l\u00e4mna information om oegentligheter via en s\u00e4ker rapportkanal, utan att beh\u00f6va uppge n\u00e5gon personlig information, inte ens till personen som tar emot och utreder \u00e4rendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mutor<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r n\u00e5gon eller en organisation erbjuder pengar, g\u00e5vor, tj\u00e4nster eller andra liknande f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner till en annan person, f\u00f6r att \u00f6vertala dem att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got som \u00e4r till f\u00f6rdel f\u00f6r en sj\u00e4lv. En muta kan vara b\u00e5de oetisk och olaglig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/sv\/blog\/affarsetik-darfor-ar-det-relevant-for-alla-organisationer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Aff\u00e4rsetik<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aff\u00e4rsetik handlar om vad som anses vara moraliskt r\u00e4tt, fel eller passande p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Det baserar sig p\u00e5 grundl\u00e4ggande v\u00e4rderingar och standarder som \u00e4r v\u00e4gledande i beslut och handlingar. Ett brott mot dessa etiska principer kan vara ett visselbl\u00e5sar\u00e4rende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/sv\/blog\/vad-ar-en-uppforandekod\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Code of conduct<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kallas ocks\u00e5 uppf\u00f6randekod och inneh\u00e5ller riktlinjer f\u00f6r hur organisationen ska bedriva sin verksamhet p\u00e5 ett etiskt, socialt och milj\u00f6v\u00e4nligt s\u00e4tt. Koden kan tas fram av organisationen sj\u00e4lv eller vara skapad av en branschorganisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compliance<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eller efterlevnad. I aff\u00e4rsv\u00e4rlden inneb\u00e4r <em>compliance<\/em> att efterleva de regler, standarder eller policys som f\u00f6retaget eller lagen f\u00f6reskriver. Det \u00e4r till exempel ett krav p\u00e5 alla organisationer inom EU, med fler \u00e4n 50 anst\u00e4llda, att efterleva kraven i EU:s visselbl\u00e5sardirektiv (se nedan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/sv\/blog\/konfidentiell-eller-anonym-visselblasning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Konfidentiell rapportering<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att h\u00e5lla k\u00e4nsliga data privata om inte \u00e4garen till informationen ger sitt samtycke till att dela den. Konfidentiell rapportering sker n\u00e4r en person l\u00e4mnar in en visselbl\u00e5sarrapport och vet att hens identitet inte kommer att l\u00e4mnas ut till andra \u00e4n de som \u00e4r auktoriserade att k\u00e4nna till den, eller som lagen kr\u00e4ver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intressekonflikt<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En intressekonflikt uppst\u00e5r n\u00e4r en person eller en enhet st\u00e4lls inf\u00f6r ett val mellan sina egna personliga intressen och sina professionella plikter eller ansvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bolagsstyrning<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Begreppet bolagsstyrning syftar p\u00e5 hur ett f\u00f6retag styrs och kontrolleras genom ett system av regler, praktiker och processer. Om detta inte f\u00f6ljs kan man g\u00f6ra en rapport via en visselbl\u00e5sarkanal. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Korruption<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att missbruka sitt inflytande eller makt f\u00f6r personlig vinning. Att ge eller ta emot g\u00e5vor i syfte att p\u00e5verka beslut \u00e4r korruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dataskydd<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 grund av GDPR (se nedan) \u00e4r det n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6r organisationer att skydda data som de samlar in, lagrar eller anv\u00e4nder, och som kan identifiera en annan person eller inneh\u00e5ller annan k\u00e4nslig information. Dataskydd \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande n\u00e4r man anv\u00e4nder ett visselbl\u00e5sarsystem eftersom den information som visselbl\u00e5saren rapporterar om m\u00e5ste behandlas enligt lagens krav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diskriminering<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diskriminering \u00e4r n\u00e4r en person eller en grupp uts\u00e4tts f\u00f6r negativ s\u00e4rbehandling p\u00e5 grund av k\u00f6n, \u00e5lder, etnicitet, funktionsneds\u00e4ttning, sexuell l\u00e4ggning, religion, politiska \u00e5sikter eller liknande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kryptering<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kryptering \u00e4r att konvertera information till ol\u00e4sbara data (kod), som inte kan l\u00e4sas av n\u00e5gon annan \u00e4n mottagaren. Att anv\u00e4nda kryptering \u00e4r ett s\u00e4tt att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla dataskyddet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EU:s visselbl\u00e5sardirektiv&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett direktiv fr\u00e5n Europeiska unionen som kr\u00e4ver att alla medlemsstater implementerar visselbl\u00e5sarlagar f\u00f6r att skydda individer som rapporterar om missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Direktivet kr\u00e4ver att alla organisationer med \u00f6ver 50 anst\u00e4llda implementerar s\u00e4kra rapportkanaler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4s mer om <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/sv\/eu-direktivet-for-visselblasning\/\"><strong>EU-direktivets inverkan<\/strong><\/a> p\u00e5 organisationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extern visselbl\u00e5sning<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extern visselbl\u00e5sning sker n\u00e4r n\u00e5gon rapporterar om oegentligheter utanf\u00f6r organisationen. Man kan till exempel v\u00e4nda sig till en statlig myndighet via en extern rapportkanal, eller till media. Visselbl\u00e5sare kan v\u00e4lja extern visselbl\u00e5sning om man f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt rapportera internt men inte f\u00e5tt n\u00e5got gensvar, om man \u00e4r r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r repressalier eller om organisationen inte har n\u00e5gon visselbl\u00e5sarkanal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bedr\u00e4geri<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bedr\u00e4geri sker n\u00e4r n\u00e5gon med avsikt vilseleder andra eller systemet, med syftet att f\u00e5 en or\u00e4ttvis eller olaglig f\u00f6rdel. Eftersom bedr\u00e4geri brukar vara ett lagbrott, uppmuntrar man organisationer att ha effektiva rapporteringssystem f\u00f6r att uppt\u00e4cka brottet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GDPR<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2016\/679\/oj?locale=sv\">Den europeiska dataskyddsf\u00f6rordningen<\/a> (GDPR) \u00e4r en EU-f\u00f6rordning om dataskydd och integritet som g\u00e4ller fr\u00e5n och med 25 maj 2018. Den reglerar anv\u00e4ndning och hantering av persondata inom unionen. Alla organisationer m\u00e5ste beakta GDPR n\u00e4r man hanterar visselbl\u00e5sarrapporter. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trakasserier<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trakasserier kan vi definiera som ett beteende som kr\u00e4nker n\u00e5gons v\u00e4rdighet och som liknar diskrimineringsgrunderna k\u00f6n, identitet, etnicitet, religion, funktionsneds\u00e4ttning, sexuell l\u00e4ggning eller \u00e5lder.
