Detta kan l\u00e5ta konstigt \u2013 att skicka in en rapport via e-post \u00e4r v\u00e4l hur enkelt som helst? Problemet med e-post \u00e4r bristen p\u00e5 anonymitet. En potentiell visselbl\u00e5sare kan f\u00f6rst beh\u00f6va skapa ett anonymt e-postkonto innan han eller hon skickar informationen. Varje extra steg i visselbl\u00e5sarprocessen inneb\u00e4r att du potentiellt kan g\u00e5 miste om viktiga rapporter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du b\u00f6r v\u00e4lja ett visselbl\u00e5sarsystem som:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>h\u00e5ller visselbl\u00e5sarens identitet konfidentiell\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00e4r l\u00e4tt att anv\u00e4nda med ett intuitivt gr\u00e4nssnitt\u00a0<\/li><li>finns tillg\u00e4nglig p\u00e5 alla spr\u00e5k som ni beh\u00f6ver\u00a0<\/li><li>och som fungerar p\u00e5 alla enheter\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6r allt som st\u00e5r i din makt f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta visselbl\u00e5sarens rapportering.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u00c4r visselbl\u00e5sarkanalerna trygga och s\u00e4kra?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt kraven i EU:s visselbl\u00e5sardirektiv ska rapporteringskanalerna vara helt konfidentiella. Den information som l\u00e4mnas in, inklusive bilder, bilagor, IP-adresser och metadata, ska inte kunna anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att identifiera den som rapporterat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kraven g\u00f6r det d\u00e4rmed det sv\u00e5rt att skapa egna interna l\u00f6sningar inom organisationen, eftersom n\u00e5gon (mest troligt IT) kommer att beh\u00f6va komma \u00e5t och underh\u00e5lla databasen med k\u00e4nslig information om visselbl\u00e5sarna. Hanteringen av personuppgifter \u00e4r \u00e4ven strikt reglerad i GDPR.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r den enklaste l\u00f6sningen f\u00f6r att uppfylla kraven att v\u00e4lja ett visselbl\u00e5sarsystem fr\u00e5n en utomst\u00e5ende, oberoende part. S\u00e5dana l\u00f6sningar saknar \u00e5 sin sida m\u00f6jlighet att ge feedback till den rapporterande personen. Enligt EU:s visselbl\u00e5sardirektiv ska visselbl\u00e5sare f\u00e5 bekr\u00e4ftelse p\u00e5 mottagande av rapporten inom sju dagar, och \u00e5terkoppling i \u00e4rendet inom tre m\u00e5nader. Vidare beh\u00f6ver systemet ocks\u00e5 inneh\u00e5lla ett s\u00e4tt att st\u00e4lla f\u00f6ljdfr\u00e5gor till den rapporterande personen, anonymt.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f6sningen \u00e4r att implementera ett allt-i-ett-visselbl\u00e5sarsystem med inbyggd, anonym tv\u00e5v\u00e4gskommunikation. En optimal l\u00f6sning \u00e4r att skapa anonymiserade inloggningsuppgifter f\u00f6r visselbl\u00e5saren, s\u00e5 att han\/hon kan kommunicera och f\u00e5 feedback om utredningen.
