Med konfidentiell rapportering menas att enskilda personer f\u00e5r rapportera om oegentligheter eller missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden inom en organisation utan att avsl\u00f6ja sin identitet. Detta inneb\u00e4r att individens namn och personuppgifter h\u00e5lls konfidentiella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anonym rapportering \u00e5 andra sidan inneb\u00e4r att enskilda personer kan rapportera missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden utan att avsl\u00f6ja sin identitet p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt. Detta inneb\u00e4r att individens namn, personuppgifter och inneh\u00e5llet i rapporten h\u00e5lls anonymt, \u00e4ven f\u00f6r den eller de personer som tar emot visselbl\u00e5sarrapporten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e5de konfidentiell och anonym rapportering ger individer ett s\u00e4tt att ta upp oro eller rapportera missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden utan r\u00e4dsla f\u00f6r repressalier.
