Det kommer ocks\u00e5 att skydda visselbl\u00e5sare som anm\u00e4ler fall av bedr\u00e4geri, korruption och andra missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden inom f\u00f6retag. F\u00f6retag med f\u00e4rre \u00e4n 250 anst\u00e4llda har fram till den 17 december 2023 p\u00e5 sig att anpassa sig till kraven i de nya best\u00e4mmelserna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-compliance-och-direktivet-om-visselblasning\">Compliance och direktivet om visselbl\u00e5sning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla efterlevnad av lagstiftningen har f\u00f6retag och organisationer tv\u00e5 huvudsakliga verktyg: Riktlinjer f\u00f6r regelefterlevnad inom f\u00f6retag, samt implementering av interna visselbl\u00e5sningskanaler f\u00f6r att rapportera missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad menas med efterlevnad inom f\u00f6retag?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldcomplianceassociation.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Compliance Association<\/a> definierar regelefterlevnad som &#8221;en upps\u00e4ttning f\u00f6rfaranden och b\u00e4sta praxis som organisationer antar f\u00f6r att identifiera och klassificera de operativa och r\u00e4ttsliga risker som de st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r, samt f\u00f6r att inr\u00e4tta interna mekanismer f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga, hantera, kontrollera och reagera mot dessa risker&#8221;. Genom efterlevnad garanterar man att interna och externa best\u00e4mmelser som p\u00e5verkar organisationen f\u00f6ljs. Genom att inf\u00f6ra s\u00e5dana f\u00f6rfaranden f\u00f6r efterlevnad i organisationer \u00f6kar kontrollen \u00f6ver verksamheten och man f\u00f6rebygger samtidigt framtida konflikter av r\u00e4ttslig karakt\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Efterlevnad som en trend i organisationer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rtroende, \u00f6ppenhet i f\u00f6rvaltningen och god f\u00f6retagsstyrning \u00e4r begrepp som blir alltmer popul\u00e4ra i aff\u00e4rsv\u00e4rlden. F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande \u00e4r det lika viktigt (eller kanske till och med viktigare?) att kunna h\u00e4vda att en organisation \u00e4r \u00f6ppen och tillf\u00f6rlitlig som att tala om andra typer av aff\u00e4rstillg\u00e5ngar eller egenskaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efterlevnad svarar mot f\u00f6retagens behov av att inf\u00f6ra och normalisera moraliska v\u00e4rderingar och god aff\u00e4rspraxis &#8211; detta inkluderar efterlevnad av visselbl\u00e5sarregler. Dessutom \u00e4r det ett ytterst viktigt administrativt och juridiskt verktyg f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla efterlevnad av lagar och f\u00f6rordningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ISO-certifieringar och compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande finns det olika certifieringar f\u00f6r att kontrollera och standardisera efterlevnaden i f\u00f6retag. Dessa certifieringar, till exempel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/standard\/75080.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISO 37301<\/a>, inneh\u00e5ller krav, guider och riktlinjer f\u00f6r att inf\u00f6ra system f\u00f6r regelefterlevnad i organisationen. En annan viktig certifiering n\u00e4r man talar om interna rapporteringskanaler \u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/sv\/blog\/iso-37002-ledningssystem-for-visselblasning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISO 37002:2021, ledningssystem f\u00f6r visselbl\u00e5sning<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifieringen fastst\u00e4ller kraven f\u00f6r att identifiera skyldigheter och bed\u00f6ma risker. Dessutom bidrar den till att fr\u00e4mja och f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka en kultur av engagemang och regelefterlevnad i f\u00f6retaget.
