Visselbl\u00e5sarlagen och EU:s visselbl\u00e5sardirektiv inneh\u00e5ller riktlinjer f\u00f6r skydd av visselbl\u00e5sare, rapporteringskanaler och utredningsprocessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Ta fram en policy f\u00f6r visselbl\u00e5sning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/sv\/blog\/6-tips-for-att-skapa-en-bra-visselblasarpolicy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">En policy f\u00f6r visselbl\u00e5sning<\/a> \u00e4r ett dokument som beskriver rutinerna f\u00f6r rapportering av olagliga eller oetiska aktiviteter. Policyn ska vara tydlig, kortfattad och l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r alla anst\u00e4llda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Implementera ett rapporteringssystem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/sv\/blog\/hur-valja-ett-bra-visselblasarsystem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F\u00f6retaget b\u00f6r inr\u00e4tta ett rapporteringssystem <\/a>som g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda att p\u00e5 ett tryggt s\u00e4tt rapportera om olagliga eller oetiska aktiviteter. Utbilda anst\u00e4llda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Man b\u00f6r utbilda alla anst\u00e4llda i visselbl\u00e5sarpolicyn, vikten av att rapportera missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden och skyddet av visselbl\u00e5sare. Utbildningen b\u00f6r vara interaktiv, engagerande och inneh\u00e5lla fallstudier som hj\u00e4lper medarbetarna att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 processen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Utse en visselbl\u00e5saransvarig<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Visselbl\u00e5sarfunktionen ansvarar f\u00f6r att ta emot och utreda rapporter om oegentligheter. Handl\u00e4ggaren ska vara oberoende, opartisk och ha den kompetens och erfarenhet som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att genomf\u00f6ra utredningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Vidta l\u00e4mpliga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om utredningen bekr\u00e4ftar att det f\u00f6rekommit oegentligheter ska man vidta l\u00e4mpliga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder. \u00c5tg\u00e4rderna kan omfatta disciplin\u00e4ra \u00e5tg\u00e4rder, gottg\u00f6relse eller \u00e4ndringar av policyer och rutiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
