New user start guide<\/h4><p>We\u2019ve added an easy-to-use set-up guide to the Whistlelink system.\u00a0<\/p><p>When a new user registers an account, they can follow the step-by-step guide to quickly and easily set-up their site.<\/p><p>Simply go to\u00a0<strong>Start guide<\/strong>\u00a0from the main menu and follow the steps.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/New_Set_up_guide-300x127.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"127\" \/><\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>2.\u00a0Changing case deletion dates<\/h4><p>Users can now choose to set a specific deletion date for individual cases. This can be used when the standard deletion time needs to be overruled.<\/p><p>To do this, go to\u00a0Cases, select an open case, and click\u00a0close. In the confirm case closure pop-up, click on the box under case deletion date.<\/p><h4><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Change_case-deletion_1-300x203.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"203\" \/><\/h4><div><p><strong>Now you will see a calendar pop-up. Here is where you can change the deletion date by selecting a month and date. It cannot be 8 days earlier than the current date.<\/strong><\/p><p>Please note that the standard deletion time can still be updated under\u00a0Settings\u00a0&gt;\u00a0Compliance.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.whistlelink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Change_case-deletion_2-300x234.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"234\" \/><\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>3.
