What is Whistlelink QR code and how does it work?
To encourage your employees to speak up and report misconduct, you may want to create posters or other printed materials with instructions on how to report an issue. To support this effort, we have introduced the Whistlelink QR code, which you can easily download and use. By placing the QR code on a webpage, poster, or any printed material, you provide simple and direct access to your reporting page.
Here is how a QR code generally works:
- 1. Point your camera at the QR code. It works whether you hold your phone vertically, horizontally or even upside down.
- Once the camera scans the QR code, an icon or web address will appear on your screen. Tap it.
- Your phone’s web browser will automatically launch, directing you to the associated website.
To activate your QR code, go to Whistleblowing Site > Settings > Site information, and click on “Download”.
