Now, administrators can redact attached case files, ensuring that sensitive documents remain hidden from users with Viewer roles. This enhances confidentiality while maintaining secure case oversight.

Unsend messages 

Sent a message to the reporting person by mistake? No problem! Our new unsend message feature lets you recall a sent message. This gives you greater control over your communications and helps prevent unintended disclosures.
