Preparation of procedures, policies, strategies, codes of ethics and codes of conduct. Conducting audits of existing mechanisms, examining the state of the organization in terms of implementing effective whistleblowing mechanisms.

 

CARE OF INTERNAL PROCEDURES, PARTICIPATION IN COMMISSIONS

We are members of committees and teams examining reports of irregularities and we advise management boards and compliance, HR and legal departments on the relevant rules of internal proceedings.

 

INTEGRATION WITH OTHER PROCEDURES

Assistance in adapting the whistleblowing system to the legal requirements and processes existing in the organization. Integration of whistleblowing mechanisms with existing procedures (e.g. concerning counteracting discrimination and mobbing, AML).

 

OUTSOURCING WHISTLEBLOWING OFFICER

Providing substantive support for people responsible for compliance and the whistleblowing system and handling these processes as an external expert.

 

COMMUNICATION SUPPORT

Designing the content of messages regarding the implementation of the whistleblowing system, brochures and leaflets using the Legal Design method.

 

TRAINING

Supporting organizations in implementing the whistleblowing system by conducting trainings (stationary and online) addressed to entire organizations, managers, boards and internal ethics committees and committees recognizing reports of irregularities.
