We are an external, independent coordinator of speak-up or whistleblowing procedures. We offer the following services:

• We are an external coordinator of whistleblowing procedures: We will receive the whistleblowing report, communicate with the reporter in a confidential way and coordinate the follow-up actions with you. If necessary we can coordinate an independent investigation for you.
• We assist you to put a local reporting and investigation procedure in place and to inform the management, employees and/or have a discussion with your Works Council.
• We prepare the mandatory annual report on the whistleblowing procedure for you.
• We can train your internal integrity coordinator, if you decide to appoint an internal person in that role.
