The law firm was founded in 2006 by a team of experienced attorneys who had been working together in the renowned international law firm Haarmann Hemmelrath. Since the very beginning, bpv BRAUN PARTNERS has grown – in 2010, we opened our successful branch office in Slovakia.

bpv BRAUN PARTNERS includes more than 35 Czech, Slovak and German lawyers and tax advisors, some of them regarded as the most respected professionals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
English and German (and of course Czech and Slovak) are languages spoken fluently by all team members, many of whom have a command of other languages including French, Russian, Italian or Spanish.

All lawyers and tax advisors graduated from renowned Czech and foreign universities. In addition to a deep knowledge of law, we also bring to our clients an exceptionally high degree of flexibility and positive approach to our work. We specialise in having an understanding of our clients’ businesses. Notwithstanding the technical approach, which is required in giving legal advice, we maintain at all times the broader picture of our clients’ economic and tax picture.
