Attila Biro is the co-founder of CONTEXT and has been investigating organized crime and corruption for 20 years. He often works on international projects alongside journalists affiliated with the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project network. Before joining CONTEXT, he was part of the RISE Project team, as executive director between 2017 and 2020. He participated in international journalistic projects such as the Azerbaijani Laundromat and the Panama Papers.

Basha is a seasoned financial crime investigator in the public and corporate sector. She started her career with the Metropolitan Police and moved to the City of London Police Fraud Unit, covering money laundering, trade finance fraud, bribery and corruption. She then moved to working with major corporations (Citigroup, Barclays, Lloyds, Tullow Oil, BAT). Basha was named as one of the “Top 40 in-house” investigation professionals by Global Investigations Review.
